i graduate from -life as i know it- in about 9 hours. as much as i hated spending all my time in the 5th floor at school of visual arts on 23rd and 3rd ave…i’m going to miss it. there’s a special connection that you can only get when you are around the same 20 people 5-7 days a week for 4 years.. i’ve learned so much, not only about what i’m studying, but also about myself. i cannot picture myself going to any other school and being as satisfied as i am. everyone might think i’m insane, but you know that your “professor” (or as we call it in SVA, instructor…aka FRANK) really CARES about you and your goals when they send you emails 5 times a day, 7 days a week, and takes the time out of their day to help you… when they are only getting paid for 3 hours a week, once a week. it’s truly inspiring to be around people that care so much about what they do that they pretty much volunteer their time for your benefit.
here’s to school of visual arts class of 2012. we fucking did it.

i think this would be quite an appropriate gift for my graduation from art school.

Ugh. Sva students. As much as I love my school, I kind of can’t wait to graduate. I get way too annoyed way too easily.

ugh. i hate when non-ad people try to “help” me with ideas.
i know you’re just trying to help, but that’d be like me trying to help you with chemistry or writing a 10 page paper. IT’S JUST NOT GUNNA HAPPEN.
ART SCHOOL PROBLEMS.

being a senior is weird. everyone looks really really young to me now and they are all super awkward, especially the freshmen, especially because it’s art school.
