Jimmy Eat World - Sweetness.

i’m moving out today. junior year has been the best year of my life, for many reasons.

the advertising department at my school has around 30-40 juniors, super small, and each year we all get closer, as much as we get sick of seeing each other 12 hours a day in the computer lab. i’ve accomplished things i’ve only dreamed of as a freshman. i would look up to all the people at the end of the year show at the ADC and wonder how they could make such awesome work, especially in photoshop, and we did it! i was wowed at all the work in the one show book, and now i’m going to be in it!

everyone at SVA is amazing, and i’m so proud of everyone who got pencils and clios and adc cubes and every other award ever! we really do learn from the best of the best and i can not wait to be a senior in the fall.

aside from school, i’ve had the craziest times with the best people. brooklyn (mis)adventures, walking home as the sun rises and the birds chirp in gramercy park, waking up at 4pm, coming up with ideas 10 minutes before class , getting drunk with all my teachers, one too many crazy art director encounters, shooting commercials, being on the jimmy fallon show, and of course, living with my other half. this year has been nonstop and i’m ready to finally relax. i’ll leave the craziness here in new york city - the best place on earth…be back soon ;]
